He uses techniques which will surprise you and you are unlikely to experience anywhere else. I had a problem with a muscle in my lower back and using some special stretching techniques improved it significantly. It soon disappeared after repeating the exercise. If you have any existing health problems, he will ask you about them before he starts to avoid discomfort or improve the condition. He also talks you through the massage to explain what he is doing and why. He has a purpose-built room which is spotlessly clean, complete with a proper table, shower and toilet.
